Functional Office Layout in a Triangular Building with a Clear Zoning Structure

The competition office interior project was developed for an invited competition by Šiauliai Bank (now Artea). The office is located in Kaunas, in the Square Business Center, next to Nemuno sala and Žalgirio arena. The triangular building layout defined a clear functional structure, with workspaces arranged along the perimeter and meeting, lounge, sanitary, and support areas positioned in the central zone. A reception area is placed along the central axis near the elevator core, while the spacious lobby functions as a waiting area. A circular circulation layout ensures efficient movement and clearly separates different functional zones. The interior features a muted, brandbook-inspired color palette combined with wood and concrete mosaic. The visual identity is shaped by fluid blue walls, wooden office doors, accent metal elements, glass details, and integrated greenery. Brighter furniture in meeting areas adds dynamism and a contemporary character to the space.
